Im going to say too young. When we brought Chance home at 12weeks I took him out every hour and only allowed him to go 4 hours at night and he never had an accident in the crate. I think by the time he was 4mo I started leaving him at night about 6-8 hours and now at 6mo he is up to 10 on days where hubby forgets to let him out in the morning…[Read more]

I agree with all of you about the good features but I can also say that Chance has that ornery WILD streak to him as well. Makes him not such a good boy on some days. It is almost like he is barely tamed some days. I think he is very smart sometimes but other times I just cant believe he cant figure things out. I chalk that up to being a baby…[Read more]

  Our puppy was a biter too and has a huge amount of energy. She was really a handful when she was 6-8 months old. But we signed up for puppy socialization class and then Manners 101 at our local animal shelter. The classes helped us be more of an authority figure and Bartlebee really came around. You took 2 dogs into petsmart? wow! I am impressed!   We’re regulars at PetSmart! We go at least once a week and the boys know each one of the staff that’ll dote all over them. They just love the attention! I can remember a time when Xander would pee when he got nervous but he outgrew it. Thankfully!

Poor babies and parents! Take care of them well and keep the ice water flowing! We are not as hot up here in IL but we get a very wet humidity that just chokes you. Oh and the bugs.. bugs must love hot weather! As for me and my family? We stay in the AC!!!!

He is a stud! Lots of black and white pups on here lately. I just cant believe how they all look exactly alike (except for color and cut) and they are not considered ”purebred” still shaking head on that one!

I thought this pic of my 3 boys at the fountain in my hometown was too cute! (my mom and brother are in it too) Chance always has to do what the boys do! Chance had just had a very good romp at the dogpark and gave a lot of attention to a 1yr old mini aussie who was potentially in heat. A LOT of attention. lol

Thanks for asking Casey and sorry for the late reply. He is slowly doing better. It is still very sore for him but he really tries hard not to let it bother him.
